Barbers 1833 Vintage reserve Cheddar - matured for 24 months to

  achieve an intensely deep & complex flavour

Golden Cross - an unpasteurised mould ripened goat's cheese based originally

   on the St Maure recipe. Bright white paste, firm but creamy texture & a mild

   to medium mellow flavour. Coated with balck ash 

Somerset Brie - creamy with a mild fresh flavour & a soft edible rind

Blacksticks Blue - spicy blue cheese with an orange hue from the Butlers 

   farmhouse
